Fox & Sons acquires Jolly Property Services in Salisbury
Further expansion to grow network
Property sales and lettings agency Fox & Sons has added a lettings portfolio in Salisbury to its network after completing the acquisition of Jolly Property Services’ residential lettings business.
Jolly Property Services (JPS) was established in 1984, originally to help serving personnel let out their homes whilst being posted abroad. Over the years, the business has grown both organically and through acquisition to be one of the area’s leading independent lettings agents covering Amesbury, Tilsbury, Shaftesbury, Warminster, Salisbury and the surrounding villages. With owner John Theophilus retiring, the business will be transferred into Fox & Son’s existing Salisbury office and all current members of staff – a team of seven – will be retained providing continuity for customers and managing the transfer of the business.
The purchase by Fox & Sons comes as part of a targeted approach to generating more lettings business in the Salisbury area and signals Fox & Sons continued commitment to further growth:
