Multi-skilled team to 12 to drive estate agency training
A new Training & Development team has been established at Connells Group, designed to provide high quality training for the advancement of employees across the business’s estate agency network.
The multi-skilled team of 12, headed up by Connells Group Estate Agency Training Director Caroline Richings, will shape the training across the Group, delivering practical support, unique learning experiences and dedicated programmes to enhance performance and hone management and customer service skills. A consistent approach to training across each of the regions will see knowledge and experience shared to deal with market challenges and ensure agents become and remain the first choice for customers on the high street.
