Connells Group and Twenty7Tec win Best Use of Technology at MFG Awards

Twenty7Tec, a mortgage technology provider, and Connells Group, one of the UK’s leading estate agency and property services providers have jointly won Mortgage Finance Gazette’s award for Best Use of Technology 2020.

The award was for the collaborative work on a market-defining project by two of the mortgage and housing market’s best-known brands. Native mortgage sourcing and application using Twenty7Tec’s CloudTwenty7 platform within Connells Group’s CRM has taken its customer service to a new level.

“It was a two-year journey delivered without a single problem at launch. We adapted our sales process. We trained 600 advisers. We thought we’d need to run the previous system in the background but we switched it off after seven days, it just wasn’t required.”
