Connells Group acquires Omega Property Services’ lettings portfolio
Part of its continued strategy to extend its residential lettings network and increase market share
Connells Group announces that it has successfully acquired the lettings business portfolio of Omega Property Services as part of its continued strategy to extend its residential lettings network and increase market share.
Omega Property Services is an independent business operating across Clacton-on-Sea, Holland-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze. The business offers a range of residential lettings and property management services, manages over 170 units and will be absorbed into the William H Brown Clacton-on-Sea branch. William H Brown is part of the Sequence UK national network of estate agencies, a subsidiary of Connells Group.
The acquisition sees William H Brown retain three of Omega Property Services key members of staff – April Hines, Gemma Vincent and Harry Cox – who will assist with managing the transfer of the business and continue to offer consistency of service to both landlords and tenants.
