Kellieann Searle

Recruitment Business Partner

I joined the Group in 2022 as a Recruitment Coordinator and quickly found my feet! Within just six months, I was promoted to Recruitment Resourcer, where I developed my recruitment skills supporting the Estate Agency business. Within a year, I stepped into my current role as a Recruitment Business Partner, supporting our branch teams in securing the very best talent. I’m also proud to be working towards my CIPD qualification, with fantastic support from the business.

No two days are ever the same! My role is super varied, and I get to connect with so many different people every day. It’s a high-support, high-reward environment where hard work never goes unnoticed. I’ve even been recognised by my stakeholders and rewarded with an overseas trip for top achievers—it’s just one example of how the Group celebrates success!

Chowdhury Hasanath

Lettings Manager

GEM is one of the most integral teams as we help generate additional market share for our local branches of Connells Group. GEM is one of the largest estate agency contact centres based in Houghton Regis and we have multiple talented teams of sales and lettings negotiators. I started my journey with the group as trainee negotiator in GEM in 2018 and I currently oversee multiple sales teams and team managers in our lettings department.

In GEM everyday is an exciting new day to deliver the best results. We love helping our talented team and helping develop some future leaders. The best part of the job is working with some amazing sales motivated and energetic team members.

Caroline Richings

Group Estate Agency Training Director

I started in our Allen & Harris business 27 years ago, in Bristol, working in branch and then moved into training & development team. During my career the Group have given me support, challenge, and also trust to implement new ideas. I have been lucky enough to go on some of our incredible overseas trips, sampling 5* luxury from start to finish.

There are so many elements which make what I do phenomenally enjoyable. Firstly, it has to be the people in the business, and the team who I work with. Secondly, the opportunity to support our people, and the business with the coaching and learning which we offer. We deliver many developmental programmes to assist our people in reaching their full potential, from starting off in your career, through to Senior Director programmes.

Jamie Notley

Mortgage Services Sales Manager

I work in our London division as a Mortgage Services Sales Manager for our Barnard Marcus brand. I joined the Connells Group in 2016 as a Trainee Mortgage Consultant without having completed my mortgage advisory qualifications. The group paid for these and supported me through Senior, Manager and Partner grade Mortgage Consultant promotions which meant I got to enjoy some amazing top achiever incentives - like our annual overseas trip!

In my current role as a Mortgage Services Sales Manager, I love developing our current cohort of Mortgage Consultants and watching them progress through all the ranks that I once did as a Mortgage Consultant myself. Getting to see our people achieve their goals in work that in turn help them achieve their goals outside of work is truly the best and most rewarding part of the job.

Molly Wren

Branch Manager

I joined the Group in 2020 as a Sales Negotiator in Farnham, Surrey. Before joining I had just left college and worked in the leisure industry, I always enjoyed interacting with customer so I thought Connells Group would be a great fit for me. Despite starting my career with no industry experience, I was offered excellent training and development and quickly discovered a passion for Estate Agency. During my four years with Connells Group I have achieved three promotions making my way up through the ranks to my current position as Branch Manager of our Guildford Branch.

I love the variety of my job and making our customers dreams become a reality when we secure their ideal home for them and I pride myself on providing our customers with the very best service to make their moving journey as seamless and stress free as possible. The most rewarding part of my job is supporting and developing my team and providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
