We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Burchell Edwards team in Burton on Trent - a well-established branch in a high-demand, quality-driven market.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, giving tailored advice, and working in a steady, well-supported environment where you can perform consistently.

About you

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience delivering mortgage and protection advice
• Strong customer focus with a solid conversion track record
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with Estate Agency teams
• Confidence in generating and converting new business
