We’re looking for an ambitious salesperson ready to build a long-term career in mortgage and protection advice. You may already hold your CeMAP qualification or be looking to study towards it. Either way, we’ll provide training, coaching and support to help you develop.

Previous mortgage advising experience isn’t essential, but a strong sales background is.

What You’ll Do

As you progress through your training, you’ll:

• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs
• Develop the knowledge and skills to provide suitable mortgage and protection advice, with guidance and supervision
• Support customers from their first enquiry through to mortgage completion
• Work closely with estate agency colleagues to make the most of referrals
• Grow your client base while working towards sales and service targets
• Keep accurate records and follow the standards required for compliant advice

What You’ll Bring

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to study towards it
• Sales experience and a track record of achieving targets
• Confidence building rapport, earning trust and guiding customer conversations
• A proactive approach and the resilience to follow up opportunities
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
• The ambition to learn and build a lasting career in Mortgage Services
