What You’ll Do

As you develop through your training, you’ll:

• Get to know customers and understand their home-buying and financial needs
• Learn to recommend suitable mortgage and protection products, with guidance and supervision
• Support customers from their first appointment through to mortgage completion
• Work closely with branch colleagues to make the most of customer referrals
• Build your client base and work towards sales and service targets
• Keep accurate records and follow the standards required for compliant advice

What You’ll Bring

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to study towards it
• Confidence talking to people and explaining information clearly
• A helpful approach and a commitment to good customer service
• Motivation to achieve targets and earn commission
• Good organisation, attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
