Mortgage Advisor

William H Brown is looking for an experienced, fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team in St Albans. This is a fantastic opportunity for an advisor who knows their way around the mortgage market, enjoys building strong relationships and wants the opportunity to grow their business with the support of an established Estate Agency network.

With an OTE of £60,000 to £80,000 and uncapped commission, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, develop your client base and be rewarded for your success.

What you'll be doing

• Building strong relationships with the St Albans Estate Agency team to maximise referrals and generate new business.
• Providing expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to each customer's circumstances.
• Guiding customers through the mortgage journey, from initial application through to completion.
• Making the most of opportunities to develop your client base and grow your business.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving your performance targets.

What we're looking for

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
• A strong understanding of mortgage and protection products and the customer journey.
• Confidence in building relationships, generating business and converting opportunities.
• A customer-focused approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A motivated, commercially minded approach with a drive to succeed.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
