Connells is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage & Protection Advisor to support our branches in Banbury and Buckingham. The Role

As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor covering both Banbury and Buckingham, you'll help customers find the right mortgage and protection solutions for their individual needs, guiding them through an important stage of their property journey.

Working closely with the Estate Agency teams across both locations, you'll build strong customer relationships, provide tailored mortgage advice and develop your own client portfolio. With warm leads, a supportive network and uncapped commission, you'll have the opportunity to grow your business and maximise your earnings.

What We're Looking For

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor, or newly qualified and ready to take the next step
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Motivation to achieve targets and maximise earning potential
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, to travel between Banbury and Buckingham as required
