Branch Manager

OTE £50k | Uncapped Commission | Company Car or Car Allowance | Training & Career Progression

We’re looking for an experienced Branch Manager or a successful Sales Negotiator/Lister ready to step into management to lead our Connells branch in Bournemouth.

Whether you’re bringing leadership experience or taking on your first management role, you’ll have the training, coaching and support to build a successful team and grow the business.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where your sales skills and local relationships will matter just as much as your leadership. You’ll:

• Value and list properties, win instructions and grow market share
• Coach and motivate your team to achieve their targets
• Drive branch income, profitability and sales performance
• Build lasting relationships with sellers and buyers
• Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and customer service standards high

What You’ll Bring

• A strong track record in residential estate agency
• Valuation and listing experience, with the confidence to win business
• The ability or ambition to lead, support and develop others
• Commercial awareness, initiative and a focus on results
• An organised, resilient approach
• A full UK driving licence

Previous management experience isn’t essential if you’re ready to step up. We’ll help you develop the skills to lead.
