The Role

• Build relationships with buyers, homeowners and prospective clients
• Work closely with our Estate Agency team to maximise opportunities
• Support customers through their mortgage and protection journey
• Generate new business and maximise referrals
• Develop your knowledge and advisory skills through structured training
• Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, ambitious and customer-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
