9,000 new home sales drives expansion of Connells Group’s Land and New Homes division
Connells Group enters the new year with a significantly enhanced Land and New Homes division with the appointment of 14 property professionals across its network.
Operating across a number of the Group’s estate agency brands throughout the UK, the additions to the division – which, in 2018 sold approximately 9,000 new homes - serve to enhance its current offering to the development industry and further promote its extensive services in this sector.

Connells Group’s Land and New Homes division is a leading multi-disciplinary, national development agency that has been established for over 40 years, comprising 40 land specialists, over 40 new homes sales managers, 110 dedicated news homes staff nationwide and the support of nearly 600 UK branches. The division is able to advise on the sale and acquisition of land for residential development throughout the UK and works with landowners, developers, housing associations and many institutional bodies. Nationally, it sells or acquires hundreds of acres of land for its clients for a range of development projects, including strategic and short term land and property investment sales, affordable housing and permitted development schemes, urban regeneration and mixed use developments.
