Connells Group expands into new territories with latest acquisition
Connells Group, the UK’s leading property services group, is celebrating another significant acquisition, Tylers Property Partnership Ltd in Cambridgeshire - unlocking several new market locations to support the group’s expansion plans. This brings Connells Group’s total to 11 acquisitions so far this year, and demonstrates its commitment to growing its market-leading estate agency business.
Tylers is a highly successful estate agency in Cambridgeshire, with four branches in Cambridge, Histon, Newmarket and Willingham. The acquisition sees all 14 members of staff retained, bringing 120 sales pipeline units and 300 managed properties into the business. Tylers colleagues will now benefit from Connells Group’s national reach, advanced marketing tools, and award-winning training programmes - enhancing their ability to serve clients while preserving their local identity.

Connells Group has also recently acquired four lettings’ portfolios, adding a further 900 managed properties to its books, and extending the support and customer service in each location for colleagues and clients of each business. The acquisitions included:
- Edward Clarke in Grays, now managed by William H Brown Grays
- Rise in Durham, now managed by Bridgfords Durham
- Whitakers in Hull, now managed by William H Brown Hull, Holderness Road
- RJC Estates Ltd in Taunton, now managed by Connells Taunton
