Connells Group strengthens senior lettings team following market share growth
Connells Group is pleased to report a strong start to the year for its Lettings business which, despite the challenges faced this year, saw market share grow by 9% in the first half of 2021*. Following its acquisition of Countrywide, the Group now announces three senior appointments to strengthen its Lettings management team and drive forward further growth.
The appointments include:
- Mark Chatterton appointed Group Lettings Operations Director, taking overall control of the combined Connells and Countrywide back office functions;
- Andrew Culverwell, previously Countrywide’s Head of Compliance, has been appointed as Group Lettings Technical Director, taking responsibility for lettings processes and compliance across the Group;
- Chris Beckwith, a well-known and experienced figure in the industry, joins in the newly created role of Lettings Managing Director, responsible for Lettings in Barnard Marcus and the Group’s Connells and Sequence business in the South.
